How does delivery work?
We use a reliable door-to-door courier service. Please ensure that you enter your shipping address and contact number correctly. PHYSICAL address only – the courier cannot deliver to PO. Boxes. Please ensure that there is someone home to receive the parcel. Alternatively, you can provide us with a business address. We do not take responsibility for goods sent to the wrong address.
Once your parcel has been collected by the courier, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Orders will be delivered on weekdays between 08:00 and 17:00. You will receive an email / sms from the courier company on the day of delivery.
How much is delivery?
Flat rate courier fee: R99
You are also welcome to send your own courier to collect.
Collection is available, with prior arrangement, in Moreleta Park, Pretoria.
Please note that there is a 5kg limit. For large / bulk orders, additional costs may be incurred.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery takes 2 – 5 working days (main centres). Please add 2 days for outlying areas. Kindly contact us if you have an urgent order, and we will see how we can help you.
We want to deliver on time as promised. However, certain unforeseen circumstances may occur, which may prevent us from guaranteeing that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame. We cannot be held liable for delays due to circumstances out of our control (ie. natural disasters, strikes, load shedding, etc.)
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Quality is a top priority for us. If you are however, not satisfied with the quality of the items you’ve received you can contact us and we will arrange an exchange or a full refund.
We are always available to give you advice on fit and sizing. If you’ve changed your mind on your purchase or bought the wrong size, then you will be responsible to get the item back to us. We can arrange the courier, but the delivery cost on exchanges are at the customer’s cost. PLEASE NOTE that if you’ve changed your mind and would like a refund for your order, the original shipping fee will be removed from the refund amount.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Email us at hello@dreamyduchess.co.za within 7 DAYS of your purchase. and state your order number and reason for your return/exchange. We cannot exchange customised items.
